Our Intro to Tumbling program is designed for athletes who want to build a strong foundation in tumbling skills. Participants will focus on mastering essential body positions while developing key tumbling techniques.
This class will focus on those athletes who have a standing and a running back handspring and are beginning standing and running back tucks. We will also work punch fronts and the beginning body positions for layouts.
Building on the foundational skills from Intro to Tumbling, our Level 1 program focuses on advancing athletes' abilities. Students will work on mastering front walkovers, back walkovers, and refining their roundoffs to perfection.
This high-energy class is perfect for athletes of all levels—whether you're taking your first leap or fine-tuning your technique. We’ll break down the fundamentals and build you up with progressions that make mastering the back handspring exciting
In Tumbling Level 2, athletes begin to elevate their skills into flipping techniques. This class focuses on perfecting movements such as the valdez, front handspring, back handspring, and connecting a round-off to a back handspring.
